We have taken steps to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and families during this crisis by making the following adjustments:

•   Staff are working from home, where possible;
•   Phone calls may be answered at first instance by our call service but calls will be returned
•   Client interviews are being conducted electronically;
•   Emails are being monitored off site and will be responded to as soon as practicable;
•   The post box is being cleared twice per week and mail will be processed as it is received;
